About Me

As a new mum, I’ve experienced first-hand the intensity of hormonal shifts, the overwhelming sense of change, feeling lost, as if my life had transformed overnight, and at times not even recognising myself. Then one day, while listening to a podcast on Menopause, I found myself deeply relating to the experiences those women shared. This sparked a fascination with Perimenopause, and I soon became eager to learn and share every piece of knowledge I picked up along the way.

Perimenopausal symptoms can begin impacting women as early as age 35, a fact that I found surprising, as many women assume that Menopause only starts after age 50. This early onset means that subtle hormonal changes and symptoms may appear well before what most consider the "typical" age for Menopause, often catching women off guard.

  • I am a Certified Naturopathic Health Coach with a CNM Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, a BSc in Psychology, and I am a proud member of the ANP Association. This background equips me with a solid foundation in holistic wellness, enabling me to effectively support and guide you on your health journey.

  • After having my identical twin boys, I became interested in hormonal health and I started sharing my knowledge with close friends who were navigating Perimenopause. It’s been amazing to see how these small changes have empowered them and led to real improvements in their health.

  • After talking with friends, I was surprised to realise that Perimenopause is still such a taboo subject! So many women go through this stage in silence, dealing with challenging symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, sleepless nights and hot flushes, all without much support.

    I decided to get involved to help make a difference by empowering, educating, and supporting women through this transition. Each decade of a woman’s life brings new and sometimes unexpected changes, and as someone approaching Perimenopause myself in the coming years, I want to be prepared. For some, this journey is easier; for others, it can be tough. But no one should have to face it alone.
