Hi there! I’m Inga the Founder of Inga Connelly Health

As a certified Naturopathic Health Coach specialising in Perimenopause, my journey to this field began after the birth of my identical twin boys. For the first time in my life, I truly felt the impact of hormonal shifts, especially the changes that come with becoming a new mum.

I experienced symptoms like weight gain, mood swings, fatigue, and sleep disturbances—many of which are also common during perimenopause.

Through this personal experience, I developed a 4-step method that not only helped me regain balance but has also supported many other women in easing their perimenopause symptoms.

Some Key Facts About Perimenopause

Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, marked by hormonal fluctuations and menstrual irregularities, which can start as early as 35 and last to 52.

Typically lasts 2-8 years, ending 12 months after the final menstrual period

Commonly begins in women’s 40s but can start earlier and later

There is no test for Perimenopause, it can be diagnosed based on symptoms, menstrual history and looking at how your mum felt when she was going through it
